Can A Diet Be Bad For Health
Is Dieting Really Healthy
Why do we control diet? Some people do that as they are overweight; some people need to do dieting to maintain their physical appearance and fitness, especially those who are in sports or modeling.
On the other hand, some people simply prefer dieting only for a better look by becoming slim.
However, following the rigorous dieting process you miss out some vital things pointed below:
• Dieting at an early age is bad for health, as it kills the immune cells of our body which results diseases in future.
• When we go for dieting, there comes a calorie deficiency in body, so it utilizes the calories from the stored fat, and as a result we loose fat and simultaneously loose weight. But again if we go for normal food, by past experience, the body starts storing fat at double speed and we start gaining weight faster.
• On the process of weight loss, we think that due to dieting we only loose fat but in reality we also loose muscle, which prevents us to work like earlier.
• By dieting we miss out the important nutrients, vitamins and minerals which are essential in our immune system. We do not know that by dieting which essentials we are missing.
• As our hunger increases, sometime we choose bad foods and for smokers the number increases.
• Ideally, whatever calorie we intake, at least 25-30% of it should come from fats. If we do not do so, it will affect our brain and nervous system as 25% of brain tissues are fat and these tissues are interconnected; play a major role in the messenger work. Lack of fat in these tissues may cause depression, headaches, weakness, dizziness etc.
Initially friends and relatives praise a lot for the weight loss and we also start praising ourselves for control on food intake.
But after sometime it happens that the weight loss rate comes down as body wants to maintain a healthy weight. If we further press it to loose weight by forced dieting then we do harm to our health only.
